Beetroot Salad

Steps

  1. Let the beets drain well. (But don’t rinse them off.)
  2. Chop the beets roughly.
  3. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  4. Finely chop the apple
  5. Mix beets, onion and apple well in a bowl.
  6. Add Dijon Mustard, Mayonnaise and Creme Fraiche. Mix well.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Put it in the fridge to let it stand for ~30 minutes to get cool and firm.
