awkward

This site was built by awkward, a static site generator made of a handful of korn shell scripts and POSIX awk.No JavaScript is involved, neither in building the site nor in reading it. Pages are written in markdown and styled with Tufte CSS.

The quickstart goes from an empty folder to a working site, the essays show what the markdown can do, and about explains how the site is put together.
